HellfireX Bolt Up & Torque Services provides clients with security when it comes to bolted flanged connections from wellheads and BOPs to pipeline and pump skids. Our hydraulic torque wrench's are tested and calibrated, ensuring proper torque specs are met on all critical and non critical bolted connections. Working with the industry leaders in tool manufacturing we are able to provide the right tools for the job, from standard to slim / low profile wrenches.
To obtain a leak-free flange connection, a proper gasket installation is needed, the bolts must be assign on the correct bolt tension, and the total bolt strength must be evenly divided over the whole flange face. With hydraulic Torqueing the correct bolt tension can be reached making the best use of the bolt's elastic properties. In operation, the tightening process exerts an axial pre-load tension on the bolt. This tension load is equal and opposite to the compression force applied on the assembled components reducing the chances of leaks and failures at bolted flanges and connections.

Pneumatic Cutting and Beveling Services
HellfireX utilizes external mount equipment for the cutting of thin or thick wall pipes. Our pipe cutting and beveling service is designed to cut or cut and bevel for weld preparation. Ideal for pipe maintenance in refineries, industrial sites, plant and facilities applications. Our equipment can cut, and bevel pipe from 1" through 86" O.D. on all schedules and alloys. Utilizing 1 piece or 2 piece clamshell cutters allows flexibility along with the ability to resurface flange faces from one machine without sparks or heat damage to pipe. Our equipment for pipe cutting, severing, beveling and resurfacing ensures our clients needs are met.

Hot Tap / Cold Tap Services
Hot Tapping / Cold Tapping is the process of introducing access to the ID of pipe by drilling a hole in the pipe wall while internal pressures or fluid is present for wellbore or pipeline and pressure intervention operations. HellfireX Hot Tap / Cold Tap equipment is suitable for H2S service with pressure capabilities up to 15,000 psi / 103,000kpa.

Nitrogen Freeze Services
The technique of pipe freezing for the temporary tubing, casing, wellhead and pipeline isolation has become an accepted, safe and cost effective method for allowing valve replacement and general pipe work modifications. HellfireX uses both the traditional dry ice method as well as the liquid N2 bath or coil wrap method. Through the utilization of nitrogen and state of the art temperature monitors, the Hellfire freeze method is unsurpassed in the industry. This method will eliminate down time and the need to depressurize long runs of pipe / pipeline in the field, on the wellsite or in plant and industrial sites. The practice of ice plugs has become a safe and common practice from vapour and LEL isolation to high pressure plugs capable of holing back 10,000psi / 69,000kpa plus. From plant sites and refinerys to well sites and off shore platforms.
